1 - Rules of return Land-Right Clothes articles Items that have not been worn and are still in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. You can try the items (underwear excluded) to see if they fit you and if you like the model.
Underwear must be returned in its original closed packaging. The articles are not exchangeable. As soon as we receive your package, we will refund the amount due, via the original payment method, to your account. You will find all the information on our returns policy on your invoice.
Warning: if you return shoes, you must return them in the original box protected by additional packaging. Land-Right Clothes reserves the right to return items to the customer if they appear washed out, worn or present any form of degradation that is not clearly related to a production defect.
In the exceptional case where items are missing in return, Land-Right Clothes will reimburse the loss. However, Land-Right Clothes reserves the right to refuse a refund request in the case of frequent irregularities repeated based on the customer's history.
If the original box of the item is not in a defective condition, be sure to put it in a clean box in very good condition so that the returned product arrives in its new condition. Unfortunately, we do not trade items purchased. The amount of the purchase of all returned items will be refunded except the shipping costs, as soon as we have received them in their original condition in our stock and distribution center.
If you want to obtain another item of the same model, please make a new order.
2- How long between the request and the actual refund on the account. You will be refunded by your bank or credit card account within 2 to 3 weeks after UPS picks up your package.
3- How to return an order? Make sure your package is sent with UPS. In your package, you will find a Return label for UPS. Parcels returned via another carrier are your responsibility.
4- Return options There are three options for returning your items.
You will find in the package a pre-printed label at the return address. Paste this tag on your return with the form filled in and bring the package to a UPS relay point. To find the relay closest to you, click here.
If you no longer have the label, you can contact our customer support to receive a new one. You can also contact UPS Customer Support by phone at 0821-233-877 to arrange a pickup. Fill out the form, slip it into the package and once sealed, paste the pre-printed return label.
Deliver the package to the UPS driver, he will provide you with a confirmation slip.
Keep it until the package is received by us. You will receive an email notification.
